Well done to Martin Dunbar, Captain of 4th & 5th Fraserburgh, who this evening is in London celebrating 140 years of the Boys’ Brigade!
He can be seen in the photo with Speaker Lindsay Hoyle in the State Rooms, The Speaker’s House, at the House of Commons.
It must be great to know your work is appreciated by the Boys’ Brigade! It certainly is by us folk in Buchan!
Well done Martin!

An information session will be held for prospective Duke of Edinburgh Award candidates at Strichen Kirk on 16th November.

Captains/ Company OICs, parents and Boys/Girls are invited to attend to get details of the Bronze and Silver programme running this year.

Candidates will be signed up at this meeting and agree upon their volunteering, physical and interest aspects of the award.

The Bronze award generally runs along with President’s Badge candidates and the silver level with King’s/Queen’s Badge candidates. This, however, is only a general rule.
